2008 U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The EPA reports U.S. Greenhouse gas emissions in 2008 were equivalent to 6957 million metric tons of carbon dioxide, 2.9 percent lower than in 2007 but still 13.5 pecent higher than in 1990.
